Need to book a session with K9DogMan?

Here's how:

1. Take one short video of your pet walking toward you.

2. Take another short video of your pet walking away from you.

3. Keep the videos short to ensure the file sizes are not too large. If you can’t get a good video of your pet’s movement that’s okay – at least try to get your pet’s face and eyes in the video and just send through what you’ve managed to capture.

4. Send the files to hello@k9dogman.com (up to 25MB combined or you can just send 2  separate emails) or use the contact form on this page (up to 25MB each file).

5. Remember to include in the message details such as:

  • your mobile number
  • your location
  • and what time frame best suits you for a visit

K9DogMan will get back to you to arrange an appointment. If you haven’t already you will need to provide your full address and phone number before receiving an appointment confirmation.

    Business Hours

    K9DogMan realises life can sometimes get hectic so he’ll work around your schedule and make himself available literally any time of the day or night. As such K9DogMan has no set business hours and also works weekends and public holidays at no extra cost.

    Payments

    No EFTPOS facilities are available at this time and as such only cash payments can currently be accepted. A K9DogMan animal clinic is currently under construction and is planned to be opening for business in 2022 at which time payment via EFTPOS will be available.

    Pricing

    Currently K9DogMan only operates as a mobile service and pricing will vary depending on distance travelled. A K9DogMan animal clinic is currently under construction and is planned to be opening for business in 2022 at which time reduced rates will be available. Until then K9DogMan will provide you his services to your door which your animal will benefit from being able to be treated in their home environment.

    The price quoted in the email you receive is a all inclusive – there will never be any surprise fees or charges. The price will be the same whether your appointment time is on the weekend, after hours or on a public holiday.

    There are no products sold during appointments. The price quoted covers everything your animal needs.

    “I understand your time is precious, as we all lead very busy lives with time constraints and commitments.

    I endeavour to strictly adhere to appointment times however working with animals does not always make this possible.

    As I am committed to providing a comprehensive service to all clients, this at times sees my appointments extending beyond predicted treatment times to cater for animals in dire need of extra help.

    I never rush appointments but I will always do whatever it takes to get your animal back into top health as quickly as possible.

    I recommend that you allow time for delays when scheduling your animal for a mobile visit.

    If you have unavoidable commitments either side of your appointment please phone or email me in advance to check if I am running on time to ensure your animal gets the most out of the treatment and your other commitments are not compromised.”
